The Herald
What I did: Web design, HTML/CSS
This has been an ongoing Sabramedia project as part of our Newsroom CMS. My contribution to the project has been to on the look and feel of the site. It's been a great project and I the folks at The Herald have been an awesome team to work with.
Light America
What I did: Logo, design, HTML/CSS, WordPress
Light America is a summer literature evangelism program specifically designed for students who are wanting to work their way through college. As a division of the Review and Herald Publishing Association it's focus is to transform lives through evangelistic canvassing. Thanks to Josiah Wold for leading the project and writing all the content!
Steel Buildings To Go
What I did: Design, HTML/CSS, WordPress
I worked with Jonathan Wold on this project to create a landing page for a startup company. The initial concept, while simple, works to lead customers into filling out a form based on their interest in purchasing a steel building. We were able to complete this project with a very short deadline.
COMPEL
What I did: Logo, Design, HTML/CSS, WordPress
As part of a Sabramedia project I worked with Jonathan Wold to create the project from concept to completion.
EOTFAST
What I did: Logo, web design, HTML/CSS
EOTFAST is free software for converting TTF fonts to EOT compressed files for windows. I worked with Richard Fink to create a landing page highlighting the service and allowing people to download the software. During the process I created a logo for the brand using a Cheetah to represent the instantaneous and easy process for converting the files.
Lee Fink
What I did: Web design, HTML/CSS, WordPress
I worked with Lee Fink to create a website to represent her within the medical profession. The color scheme and design was based largely on her personal colors.
Vegan Food Pyramid
What I did: Illustration
This has been a personal project of mine since 2006. I originally spent 50 hours designing this. It's been a fun project. As a vegetarian/vegan my entire life I have often been asked what I eat, this illustration was an answer to that question. I created the entire design in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool, my all time favorite tool! I offer free downloads of the wallpapers in many languages and sell posters and postcards.
Gray Horse Ministries
What I did: Logo design
I designed this logo in Adobe Illustrator for a client who has a dream of creating an equine youth ministry. Using her love for and knowledge of horses along with her strong Christian values she intended to blend the two together. I created an image uniting the horse and rider together. I wanted to use as few lines as possible.
Web Fonts 101
What I did: Web design, HTML/CSS
Richard Fink wanted to create a landing page for an ebook. The site is simple but eye catching. Enter your email and you'll be notified when the book is available. My process involved taking a document with a description for the website and laying out the wireframe according to the documents structure.
Memories Around Us
What I did: Web design, HTML/CSS
Memories Around Us offers personalized poems for family members based on filling out a questionnaire. I worked with the client to revise the original site design and streamline the sales process. It was a fun challenge to take an existing site and carefully work to take the essence of the original and improve on it. This website was done as a Sabramedia project.
TablEx
What I did: Web design, HTML/CSS
Description: This was a Sabramedia project I designed. TablEx offers a simple process for customers to purchase tables. I worked with the client to create a simple process to display their product lines.
